In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth theyâre striving for.
Counseling is a catalyst to help you achieve what you want to achieve in your life, that could be career, relationship, lifestyle, peace, virtuality, healthy, family, a healthy self, when you go to counseling, we work on the mental and emotional issues that might be preventing you from achieving what you want to in this beautiful gift of life. I look at belief system, thought, memories and experiences and patterns that are not aligned to help you achieve that. This can be a process of anywhere from three months to three years or more depending on your specific goals and issues. The speed in which you are able to achieve this depends on a variety of things. The frequency that you attend counseling (1 times per week vs every 2 weeks etc.), work you have done in the past and supplemental work you do during your counseling, willingness, resistance, the complexity of your past, dual diagnosis, your treatment goals and more.
Counseling can also be a confidential safe place to share what you want to and receive feedback from someone who is not a part of your social systems. Counseling can be maintenance of emotional and mental health. All of these are beneficial for clients. I believe in collaboration with clients and if clients are uncertain we can explore that and make movement and choices from that point. Change and growth is a process, and it is helpful to have a time set aside to focus on this and guidance from someone you can trust.
