Rates
For Private Pay (non-insurance) the rates are the following:
$150-175 per 1 hour session
$225-270 per 1.5 hour session
Initial Intakes may require an 1.5 hour appointment - $270
Family, Couples and EMDR sessions may require 1.5 hour appointments as well. $270
Insurance
Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Aetna Insurances are accepted at this time.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment at time of service.
Cancellation, Missed or Late Attendance of Appointments Policy
Your Therapy Appointment is reserved for you.
Please give 48 hours notice of cancellation otherwise you will be charged the full fee of the therapy session.
Should you arrive to late to your scheduled appointment, you will still be charged the full amount and your session will still end on time.
